For a small monthly fee Legacy Leasing Services, Inc. will act as your gatekeeper by performing the following tasks:

• Monthly inspection of the interior of property includes changing A/C filters, inspecting the smoke detectors, water heater, flush the toilets, check for leaking faucets, and examine the electrical meter
• Inspect the exterior of the property once each week and follow up with vender services performed that week
• Coordinate lawn, pool and air conditioning maintenance and coordinate pest control for the interior and exterior
• We will inspect the interior and exterior of your property after threatening weather; unlimited visits
• We will provide you with a year end tax statement with all of the expenses related to the property
• We can arrange cleaning of the interior and exterior before your arrival
