To help our agents reach their goals, Legacy has established several professional growth programs. All of the programs build upon each other and assist them in becoming more valuable to the company and more respected by their clients.

• Real Estate Specialization - Because Legacy wishes to provide unbeatable expertise to our clients, each agent will be asked to choose an area of specialization. Each agent will select their area of specialization within the first 3 months with the Company. Before the end of your 6 month anniversary with the Company, the agent should have scheduled their first class towards a designation. The designation should be completed within 2 years, unless more time is required by the institute. Specializations and designations that Legacy offers their clients are:

• The Mentoring Program - We at Legacy know your time is valuable. Therefore, we will never ask you to volunteer your time with new agents without compensation. Once you have become established in your specialization, you will be eligible to mentor a new agent. You will be compensated 10% of their sales for the first 6 months. A continuation of the Mentoring Program can be negotiated if further mentoring is required. Yes, you can be a mentor to more than one agent at the same time. That all depends on how much time you have available to give each new agent. However, you must be able to maintain your professional goals while participating in the program.

• Open a Branch Office - Are you ready to be on your own? We at Legacy are willing to physically and financially support our agents who are ready to leave the nest. The benefits of this system are unlimited. The time from conception to realization of a new office is a lengthy process. But teaming with Legacy will dramatically shorten this start time. You will have access to all of Legacy's materials, methods, and goodwill. Start up costs are lower because you will be using a proven advertising campaign, a recognized and trusted name in real estate, and established logos and websites. The list goes on and on. The greatest thing about opening a Legacy branch is you will have trusted real estate professionals backing you the entire way.

• Profit Sharing - Legacy offers something special for our agents who have topped out on the commission scale. Legacy's agents will always have opportunities within the Company to set higher goals and/or increase their income. Once a year, we will qualify agents to participate in profit sharing. After review of each agents company dollar profits and contribution to the Legacy Team, a determination will be made on the percentage of profit sharing they qualify for in that calendar year.  Each year is determined independently and at the sole discretion of Legacy management.
